Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility conditions. If approved, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued through Shopify Payments, and the bank processing time may vary. Please note that refund processing times are estimates and may differ depending on your bank's policies.

Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us at support@torrino.shop with photos of the issue, and we will guide you through the exchange process.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. For orders over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item. Please keep a record of your tracking number, as we cannot be responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
